Plein Jus privacy policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026 (draft, not published)
This policy explains what data the game Plein Jus processes, on Android and iPhone. It is published by Myriaclip (Mamadou COULIBALY EI), “we” below. The French version is the reference.
- The game works without an account and offline.
- We have no server that receives your game data: your progress stays on your phone.
- This version shows no ads and contains no advertising tool.
- This version offers no real purchases.
Who is responsible
Data controller: Mamadou COULIBALY EI (trade name Myriaclip), APP 3201, 119 boulevard de la République, 77420 Champs-sur-Marne, France. For any question about your data: contact@myriaclip.fr. We have not appointed a data protection officer [TO BE CHECKED : no data protection officer: to be confirmed].
What the game does not do
- No account creation, no email requested, no social network login.
- No access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files.
- No analytics or audience measurement tool of our own.
- No sale of data.
Data kept on your phone
To work, the game keeps on your phone only: your progress (records and medals per voltage, unlocked drivers and voltage, electrons, logbook goals, workshop looks, daily race and day streak), your settings (sound, vibration, language), the nickname you may choose. This data is not sent to us. It is erased when you delete the game.
Ads
This version of Plein Jus shows no ads and contains no advertising tool. If this changes, this page will be updated before the new version.
Purchases
This version of Plein Jus offers no real purchases: nothing can be charged.
Children
The game is suitable for everyone but is not specifically aimed at children under 13 [TO BE COMPLETED : target audience declared in the stores, to be validated by a lawyer]. We do not ask for your age or identity.
How long
- Data on your phone: until you delete the game.
- We keep nothing else.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. Since the game has no account and no server, most of your data is only on your phone: deleting the game erases it.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority, or to the authority of your country.
Security
Data kept on the phone is protected by the phone itself.
Changes
If the game changes (for example an online leaderboard, currently switched off, that would send your nickname and scores), we will update this page before the new version and change the date at the top.
