This policy covers the myriaclip.fr website and the Myriaclip agency's activity. Each of our mobile games has its own policy: see our games.

When you visit this site

The site is served by our own server, rented from Hostinger (virtual private server (VPS)). To deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse, this server records technical data in its log: IP address, browser, requested page, date and time. The log is deleted after 14 days. We do not use this data to track you or to measure audience.

The domain names point to this server through Cloudflare's DNS service, which only gives out the server's address: the pages do not go through Cloudflare.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.

When you email us

If you write to contact@myriaclip.fr, we receive your email address, your name if it appears and the content of your message. Emails sent to myriaclip.fr go through Cloudflare's forwarding service (Cloudflare Email Routing) to our mailbox.

We only use them to reply and, if we work together, to prepare and follow the service. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, then performance of the contract.

Retention: 3 years after the last exchange for a contact with no follow-up; for a client, the contract term, then the periods set by law.

When you entrust us with videos

For a clipping service, you send us videos, and sometimes access to your publishing accounts. These are only used to edit and, if you ask, to post your clips. Editing is done on our own computers: your videos are not sent to an online editing service.

• Nothing is posted on your accounts without your approval.
• Your files are deleted 90 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep them.
• You remain responsible for the rights to your videos and for the consent of the people appearing in them.
• The exact terms (GDPR roles, retention, security) are set in the service contract.

Our channels and social accounts

When you watch or comment on our channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram…), the platform's own policy applies. We only see what the platform shows every publisher: aggregate statistics, public comments and messages you send us.

Sharing

We sell no data. It is only shared with the providers named here (hosting at Hostinger, email forwarding by Cloudflare, mailbox), for the service they provide to us. Some are located in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider).

Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of or objection to its processing, and its portability, by writing to contact@myriaclip.fr. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL (www.cnil.fr) or to your local authority.

Changes

If we ever add a tool to this site (analytics, embedded video…), this page will be updated beforehand, and your consent will be asked where the law requires it.
