Who we are

The myriaclip.fr site and its tools are published by Mamadou COULIBALY EI, trade name Myriaclip (see the legal notice). Contact: contact@myriaclip.fr.

The site

The site presents the Myriaclip studio, its short-form video channels and its games. It is free, with no account and no form. You may browse it freely, in compliance with the law and these terms.

Our publishing tool

Myriaclip uses an in-house desktop tool to publish its channels' videos to their accounts (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook) and to read their statistics, through the official interfaces of these platforms. For a client who asks for it as part of a service, the tool may also post to an account that the client has authorized himself, on the platform's official authorization page; it never accesses an account without its owner's authorization. Each post is prepared, reviewed and confirmed by a member of Myriaclip; nothing is sent without this confirmation. Use of these platforms remains subject to their own terms.

Content and ownership

The texts, videos, illustrations and logos of Myriaclip and its channels belong to the publisher, unless stated otherwise. Third-party names, photos and trademarks (players, clubs, competitions) remain the property of their owners and are only cited for information. Any reproduction of our content requires our written consent.

Liability

Our videos and pages are informative and educational. We prepare them carefully but cannot guarantee they are free of errors: write to us for any correction. Links to other sites do not commit us to their content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable settlement, the competent French courts will have jurisdiction. The French version (conditions d’utilisation) is the reference.
